Announcement from the Duke Association President

The Duke Memorial Ceremony will take place today 9 MAR at the memorial site on Fort Knox.

A Letter From The President

Dear Visitor,

The Duke Association was founded to honor the Soldiers of 3rd Brigade, 1st Infantry Division who have paid the ultimate price to protect our Nation’s freedoms since September 11th.

The Duke Memorial will be a permanent and visible tribute to heroes who have fallen in the defense of freedom. It will be a place of healing for comrades, friends, and loved ones affected by the loss of these patriots.

We only hope to live up to the dedication, devotion, and valor that our fallen heroes have displayed. On behalf of a grateful nation, may the memory of their spirit never be forgotten.

Sincerely,

        Steve M. Smith
                            President, Duke Association
